Colleen brings a powerhouse combination of elite athletic experience, academic expertise, and military discipline to the ACC team. As a former competitive swimmer for over a decade (under the mentorship of Coach Rick Paine) Colleen competed at the National level with the Colorado Springs and Schroeder Swim Teams. She understands firsthand the grit and dedication required to excel in high-stakes athletics.

Bridging Athletics and Academics

With 18 years of experience in the education sector, Colleen is a vital resource for student-athletes navigating the complexities of the recruiting process. Having collaborated with teachers, coaches, professors, and administrators for over 20 years, at high schools and universities nationwide, she possesses an insider’s understanding of campus life. Her mission is to ensure every athlete finds the perfect “all-around fit,” balancing rigorous academic standards with their social and athletic goals.

A Foundation of Service and Drive

Colleen’s relentless, “mission-first” attitude was forged during her six years of service in the United States Navy. As a Combat Veteran, she brings a unique level of discipline, leadership, and tenacity to everything she does, ensuring her athletes have a fierce advocate in their corner. 

Off Deck

Colleen is the proud mother of son, Ryan (Former D1 Football Player). Dog lover, any dog, all dogs. In the summer, hiking, boating and gardening. Living in the Frozen Tundra, the Green Bay Packers are a way of life during the fall and winter.
